Cross-Country Skiing Tours: (3 - 6 hours)
Like
all of our programs, our Winter Cross-Country Skiing Tours are designed
to accommodate people of all ages and abilities. Cross-country skiing
is one of the most soothing and relaxing ways to enjoy
the splendor of the outdoors in the winter. The Norwegian Outdoor
Center’s Winter Cross-Country Skiing Tours expose our guests to
the magnificence and serenity of nature. As our guides accompany
you through the local backcountry, we hope that each participant
will receive the natural sense of freedom and beauty that has made
Summit County famous.

We
enjoy guiding novice skiers on varied, yet easy terrain, as well
as breaking trail through more challenging areas with experienced
skiers. We provide all the necessary equipment for these tours,
and our cross-country ski gear was designed using the latest technology.
Your time spent with the Norwegian Outdoor Center will return you
to "reality" with the same comfortable and peaceful feelings
you experienced while in nature.
Leisure
Program Pricing and Information:
- Programs
are available for groups three or more for $20.00 per hour, per
participant.
- Pricing
available for one and two person tours.
- Round
trip door-to-door transportation included within Summit County.
- All
necessary equipment and rentals included.
- Delicious
lunches from a local deli are also available for an additional
$10.00 per person.
